The Special Olympics Coming To Gatlinburg

The 2010 Winter games is coming to Ober Gatlinburg from January 31 to February 2. There will be competitions in Alpine Skiing, Snowboarding and Speed Skating, featuring more than 150 athletes, from beginner levels right up to more advanced.

Lighting of the Special Olympics flame with be at 8:30 on Monday, the 31st at the top of the mountain at Ober Gatlinburg, and the Awards presentation is scheduled for 2:00pm on Tuesday, Feb. 1.
