I don't like visiting an outlet mall that's, well... Not an outlet mall at all.

We like Tanger outlets in Sevierville on Hwy 441 because the stores really do have discounted prices, but also because it is a well maintained, pretty and clean place to spend a morning. (It is very popular, so usually crowded. We try to get there earlier in the day, before the crowds show up.)
