LIGHTENING BUGS PUT ON A SHOW FOR GATLINBURG VISITORS

JUST A FEW MILES AWAY FROM THE GATLINBURG LODGE AT SMOKYMOUNTAINVIEWS.COM

Each June, residents and vistors gather to watch a truly amazing site. Adult fireflies find each other in the dark of night, and the results it literally 1000's of them all flashing IN SINC

The National Park Service even runs buses to a meadow in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park each evening...the "show" begins at about 9pm.
